In this role, she will lead strategic business development and account management for the firm’s growing non-profit and association sector, which includes organizations like the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and the Compress Gas Association (CGA).

Banerjee has 30 years of experience leading large-scale technology programs in both the federal and commercial sectors, including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Department of State. She is active in community groups including Women in Technology (WIT) and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA).

Prior to joining Excella, Banerjee served as a Principal with Booz Allen Hamilton and a Vice President of International Development and Diplomatic Programs at SRA International, where she oversaw a portfolio of 300+ staff and over $40M in revenue. She holds degrees from George Mason University and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
