As they begin their acquisition of WNS, the leading MNC for digital-led business transformation and services. With an acquisition price of 76.50 USD/share, all in cash, the transaction was approved unanimously by the board of directors of both companies.
This M&A is an accretive acquisition, which means the earnings per share after the M&A will be greater than before.
